The company was not restructured and no managerial changes were made. Mr. Zuckerberg also remains a managing director and chairman. The majority has the right to vote on any change that may affect the future of the company.
Zuckerberg, who was the important speaker of the virtual incident, said that the Facebook name no extended represents the company as a complete especially that it has progressed away from just providing that social media services.
The metadata warehouse will be our first priority from now on. It will not be Facebook first. Facebook is one of the world’s most new popular products. But gradually more it doesn’t cover the whole thing we do.”

Drafts of leaked documents
Facebook’s reputation has been hit several times lately, and The Washington Post reports today that the company has provides policymakers with key information about vaccine misinformation during the pandemic.
This was the latest in a series of reports based on internal documents leaked to the media by former employee Ms. Haugen. Reports claiming, among other things, that Facebook had participated in research showing that Instagram was harming the mental health of young people and was struggling to remove hate speech from its platforms outside the US.
According to Mr. Zuckerberg, the information was “a corresponding effort to selectively usage leaking documents to paint a false picture of our company.”
